HOW WE ARE OPERATING:
- Casinos will allow up to half their occupancy for physical distancing
- All casino staff have undergone distancing protocol and COVID-19 awareness training, with temperature checks for all employees implemented at the start of their shifts
- Hand-sanitising stations placed throughout each casino and the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all common and back-of-house areas increased
- Prior to entering the casino floor, guests will be asked to sanitise their hands
- A distancing protocol with markers in key floor areas has been implemented within the casinos’ common and back-of-house areas, with employees instructed to wash their hands at the beginning of their shift, during break periods and other times
- Table games limited to three seats per table, and in regard to slot machines and electronic roulette terminals, there will be a combination of dividers and more spaced out machines
- Guests encouraged to keep to the left and lifts limited to two guests
- All beverage and food service offerings will be table service only, with alcohol served only with an item from our food menu
- Face coverings available for purchase by guests at entrances
- Onsite ‘Clean Teams’ at all times to sanitise surfaces
- Guests encouraged to pay by contactless where possible
- Our casinos have opening hours from 2 December as follows, with last entry at 10.30pm:
Northampton: 10am to 11pm
Milton Keynes: 10am to 11pm.

Are face coverings compulsory at the casinos?

As per the government guidelines, unless there are medical reasons not to wear face coverings (cards are available by Security teams for those guests which may be exempt), they are mandatory unless guests are eating or drinking. All Aspers’ team members will be wearing face coverings within front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
How many people will be allowed within the casino?
We will have limited capacity to ensure everyone can adhere to distancing measures.
Are we able to park at the casinos?

Will all casino games be operating?
Bingo is not operating, with poker available at The Casino MK.
Are cloakrooms open?
Cloakroom service is on offer at our three casinos in Northampton, Milton Keynes and Westfield Stratford City.
Will cashless transactions be available at your live tables?
Yes, cashless purchasing of chips available at select areas within the casinos. Individual transactions can be up to £100, with a maximum of five transactions per gaming day.

The Casino Milton Keynes, which opened in September 2013, is the UK’s second “super casino” and the largest outside London. It is located in Xscape, in the centre of Milton Keynes, an entertainment destination offering a combination of extreme sports, indoor snow slopes and Europe’s first purpose-built body flying tunnel as well as various other leisure activities, shopping and restaurants.
The nearest airport to Milton Keynes is London Luton Airport – 23 miles from the centre. London Heathrow is 52 miles away. By car, take the M1 or A5. There are many public car parks around the Xscape - they have coloured parking zones which charge different hourly rates. Parking is free after 6.00pm. The casino is easily accessible by public transport and is serviced by several local bus routes as well as being less than a 10 minute drive from Milton Keynes central train station. Although there is no hotel in the complex, there are a number within walking distance including the Premier Inn, Holiday Inn, Ramada and Jurys Inn.
The casino features more than 20 live gaming tables as well as 108 slot machines, 76 electronic live gaming terminals, 17 poker tables, four sports betting terminals and bingo express. Its 150 seat poker room offers a wide choice of tournaments and cash games. Cash games are available in the poker room from 4.00pm – 8.00am Monday to Friday and 2.00pm – 8.00am Saturday and Sunday. In order to play poker you need to be a member of their Aspire Rewards Club. Membership is eligible to anyone who visits the casino and is free but photo ID is required.
